Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Pro To Grow Corp LLP processes, packs, and ships orders placed on www.protogrow.in.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside India, please do not place an order, as we will be unable to fulfil it.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and payment realisation. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays. During sale periods or for combo/bulk orders, processing may take slightly longer; any such delay will be communicated where possible.

Shipping Partners & Packaging

We work with reputed third-party logistics and courier partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery. All products are quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping is offered above a minimum order value, as displayed in your cart at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional COD handling fee, and remote or hard-to-serve locations may incur additional charges, both of which will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp, which you can use to track your shipment on the respective courier partner's website.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, repeated unavailability at the delivery location, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges (if any) will need to be borne by the customer, and Section 1 (Returns & Refunds Policy) will apply.

 

Delivery Policy

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days from the date of shipping (not the date of order), depending on your delivery location. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays; we do not dispatch or schedule deliveries on Sundays.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier network delays, weather, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where COD is available for your location, the COD amount must be paid in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. COD orders may carry an additional handling fee, calculated based on order weight and delivery method, shown at checkout.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability or an inaccessible address, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipment (where possible) may attract additional shipping charges.

Items Damaged in Transit

If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please inspect the contents immediately and contact us at care@protogrow.in within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging/product, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
