Damaged, Defective, or Short-Received Orders

We understand that exceptions happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or
with missing items, we are here to make it right.


Report Within 48 hours of delivery receipt

When reaching out, please include the following in your email:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue (damaged, defective, or short-received)
• Clear photographs or an unboxing video as supporting evidence


PLEASE NOTE:
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for any resolution. Protogrow
reserves the right to assess each claim and determine the appropriate course of action.
